Activity Introduction
The activity, Road of Asia, is composed of the Sea Silk Road, the Silk Road and the Air Silk Road. Bring the concept of peace, friendship and hope, revisiting the Sea Silk Road will use the repairing ancient boat—Cocachin, which can be traced back the Yuan Dynasty. It sails on its own way to pursuit the great stroke of ancient Sea Silk Road. Then, it will visit 10 Asia countries or districts and more than 40 port cities, as well as the important ports in China Eastern coastal cities, to propagate China and Guangzhou 2010 Asian Games. Revisiting the Silk Road will use a group of cars to visit each county of Mid-Asia, tracing the great ancient road and propagate the spirit of Guangzhou 2010 Asian Games. The Air Silk Road will mean the communication between China and other Asia countries in economic and trade. The activity mission will go to those countries to propagate the Asian Games by air.

Interactive culture exchange activities
A variety of interactive culture exchange activities will be held in various countries along the way with the theme of “exploration of the history and culture of the Silk Road and promotion of the Guangzhou 2010 Asian Games”. Such activities will include solicitation of Asian Games blessings, “Le Yangyang” around Asia and “Visa stamps”, etc. The aim is to promote the Asian culture and the spirit of the Asian Games.
Distinctive local sports competitions
While visiting Asian countries, we will promote “Asian Games Fun Race” and hold distinctive local sports competitions with Asian Games elements incorporated, aiming to advance the development of local distinctive sports competitions and advocate the participation spirit of the Asian Games.
State-level economic exchanges supported by the government
Besides culture exchanges and sports competitions, we will also hold intergovernmental economic exchanges in major cities along the way such as commodities expo and trade fair, etc. We will encourage the participants to sign trade agreements in an effort to promote the economic development of various Asian countries.

Taste Running
With interesting sport activity, we can promote kids’ liking on sport in each country. meanwhile, we can propagate our sport spirit.
There are various kinds for taste running. The variety will attract kids to take part in running. There is also not necessary for kids to have special sport skill, and its layout and competition rule also very simple and easy to understand, which is different for the requirement of other sport activities.
The process and mode of Taste Running is flexible and changeable, so it can be combined with some local characteristic sport that local kids play. Therefore, the sport advantage can show to people, as well as the theory: all competition is originated from our life.

Visa Stamps
“Visa stamps” was initiated during the Tang Dynasty when 鉴真和尚 traveled to other countries and got visa stamps at every pass.
Our event will also apply such a form. After arriving at a country, we will invite the Customs or local branch of the Olympic Council of Asia to give us visa stamp as proof of our experience.
“Visa stamps” is not a simple form of activities. Instead, it can bring more Chinese cultural elements and symbolize our blessings of the Asian Games to the countries we visit.
