Sales Administration & Logistics Assistant Benelux

With the aim to assist us in our expansion on the European market, we are currently seeking a Sales Administration & Logistics Assistant for BENELUX. The position is based in Rotterdam, NL.

Key accountabilities

The collaborator guarantees that the products delivered correspond to the order placed by the customer in terms of price, quantities and deadlines. He also provides support in order to ensure the good accounting situation and customer satisfaction in the area.

Missions:

The non-limiting tasks of Sales Administration & Logistics Assistant include:

· Process the orders from the beginning, from reception of the order, shipping, to customer invoicing,
· Ensure the delivery tracking,
· Follow the payment tracking with finance,
· Resolve the disputes related to orders and / or deliveries, input in the system the After-Sales service notes,
· Make a daily update in the common tracking tool,
· Develop dashboards and activity monitoring, sales data analysis, customer reports.

AC & White Goods Product Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager, starting from January 2021. The position is based in Issy-les-Moulineaux

Background and role description:

With the growing demand for TCL Electronics Products in Europe, TCL is looking for a Product Marketing Manager, responsible for developing effective marketing plans and strategies to communicate the features and benefits of new products and new technologies to consumers, retailers and internal customers (sales office in the EU countries).

· You will help our organization to communicate information about new products and find the best ways to present products messages, brand and benefits to sales, consumers & retailers. 
· You will also oversee marketing efforts and help to develop collateral assets, pricing strategy, sales materials and market analysis, working closely with Marketing, Sales, R&D and leaders within our organization.
· You ensure that the technical message is clear, while also telling the marketing story to the masses and adapting the messaging to different audience and targets. 

Key area of responsibilities:


· Be the voice of the consumer / customer within TCL, precisely researching consumer needs and experiences on Major Domestic Appliance category and Air Conditioning Categories (MDA and AC).

· Work closely with global product management and R&D, to understand products and technology in details and turn them into comprehensive benefit articulation.

· Prepare product communication and texts. Help briefing agencies and support marketing department in developing communication tools (website, product sheets, guides, catalogues, e-retail packs, Point of Sales communication, training documents…)

· Participates into product asset definition: videos, images, logo’s, feature images etc.

· Work closely with marketing to understand market requirements and the competitive advantages of the product (USP’ and KSP’s) to define and maintain relevant product communication and advise product improvement to Global Product Managers.

· Demonstrate strong market knowledge. Research on trends and patterns in the market; perform industry research, competitor product analysis and benchmark on competition.

· Communicate with executives across the organization to provide updates on product communication, align expectations, and gather business input. Closely work with MDA and AC business managers.

· Interact with a diverse set of technical and non-technical stake holders and be the link between the R&D, retailers and end-users

· Drive cross-functional alignment through product communication and Go-To-Market process, tracking learnings accordingly. Communication around new product launches.

· Communicate with sales teams to educate them on technologies and products. Be the advocate and product evangelist on your product category.

Your Profile:

Digital marketing assistant

In order to strengthen our expansion on the European market, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant. The position is based in Rotterdam (NL) for a period of 6 months, starting asap.

Missions :

· Assist the Digital Marketing Manager Europe in updating the TCL and Thomson websites (multilingual sites) and the mediacenter: monitoring the creation worklist and updating content on the site in coordination with the countries and the head office in China.
· Supporting the implementation of digital campaigns (search, display, social media)
· Contribute to the promotion of our brand ambassadors on the TCL website and on social networks.
· To be a driving force for the development of content on the web and social networks (new high-tech articles, decoration, product videos, tutorials).
· Production of newsletters for prospects and customers
· Follow-up of content translation management with countries
· Monitoring of the website's audience statistics and digital campaigns
· keeping a competitive watch on competitors' digital actions.

With the aim to strengthen our expansion on the European market, we are looking for a Marketing Assistant: Traffic Management & CRM Europe, for a 6 months’ period position to be filled as soon as possible. The position is based in Rotterdam, The Netherlands.

Key Accountabilities :

· Assist the European Digital Marketing Manager in managing the various traffic acquisition levers in collaboration with our partner agencies: social media, display, search, emailing, etc.
· To be the driving force behind the construction of our loyalty strategy and CRM plan.
· Enrich the personalised contents and offers of the MyTCL user accounts on the website.

Marketing Manager BENELUX

With the aim to assist us in our expansion on the European market, we are currently seeking a Marketing Manager BENELUX. The position is based in Rotterdam, NL.

Key Accountabilities :

· Elaborates a retail marketing plan for the BENELUX region, aligned with EU marketing and local sales, and executes. Builds a yearly plan in line with TCL’s overall objectives, as well as the correlated quarterly action plan.
· Proposes key-product launch and Go-To-Market plans, aligns with EU Marketing, EU Producs Management and local sales and executes.
· Delivers a PR & Social Media plan, in line with the above retail marketing plan, together with EU marketing, in sync with local Sales Management and executes.
· Establish Brand Identity for TCL in coordination with key stakeholders in accordance with business needs and product roadmap (TV / Audio / MDA / AC).
· Manages the marketing budget within the granted amount.

Job duties :

· Builds the retail marketing strategy and budget plan in cooperation with EU Marketing Director and BENELUX Country Manager based on a structured analysis of the markets, retail segmentation, competition, end user trends.
· Ensures efficient spending of local marketing budget and is accountable to keep local marketing spending within validated budget.
· Coordinates with sales team to maximize the effectiveness of activities and develop on/offline omni-channel best practices.
· Establishes the COOP marketing plan with key customers to reach sales target.
· Builds retail launch plan and Go-To-Market plans for BENELUX in cooperation with EU Marketing team and local sales team based on a structured channel segmentation, including sell-out target and follow-up dashboards.
· Adapts training programs developed by EU Marketing team to local needs and supports local teams in the execution of training program.
· Participates to the set-up of the PR & Social media plan, in line with EU marketing guidelines. Works with local PR agency to ensure that the plan and activities are locally well executed.
· Ensures that retailers and e-tailers websites are well adapted to local needs and works with social media agency to develop local TCL visibility in social media.

Candidate profile :

· Min. 5 years’ experience in marketing (Retail or trade marketing will be favoured) of FMGC /consumer goods.
· Experience working with agencies.
· Experience with consumer electronics industry, lifestyle brand.
· Proven experience in managing creative projects; delivery of 360 campaigns, assets, copy, deliverables across various communication channels on time.

Customer Care Manager UK/Ireland

With the aim to assist us in our expansion on the european market, we are currently seeking a Customer Care Manager. The position is based in Slough, UK

Key Responsibilities :

He/She will be responsible to ensure the best service in the territory assigned by the company and be accountable to reach the targets and the success of the company.

Core Tasks :

Consumer Satisfaction

· Consumer-focused to path the road to continuous Customer Satisfaction improvement in the territory (including, but not limited to, Repair TAT reduction, NPS improvements …)

Sales Team Support

· In direct contact with Sales Team in charge of the Territory. Regular meeting (with minute of meetings) to review Sales needs, field issues, follow-up on action plans for improvements and problem-solving,
· Escalate to Service Management on local situation.

Distributor After-Sales Conditions management

· Negotiation of After-Sales conditions with the key distributors within the Territory. 
· Ensure that the conditions are in line with companie’s policies and drive negotiation till the end. 
· Perform gap analysis when necessary and drive negotiation to reduce gap. 
· Review solutions for solving the gaps with Sales team on one side and Service Management on the other side.

Logistics Assistant NL

With the aim to assist us in our expansion on the European market, we are currently seeking a Logistics Assistant for a 6 months’ period contract. The position is based in Rotterdam, NL.

Key Accountabilities :

*Operational and Administrative Transport Management

· Organisation and monitoring of transporters' pick-ups at the factory in Poland: Ability to meet deadlines, checking documents and quality;
· Follow-up of customer deliveries;
· Implementation of reporting and KPI's for carrier performance: Loading and delivery as well as service rate;
· Operational support for the Western Europe Logistics Manager.

*Transport Disputes Management

· In collaboration with the Sales Admin team, organise the collection of damaged products that have been refused from customers;
· Improve reporting and monitoring tools for returns;
· Participation and implementation of Process Reverse Logistics with Western & Eastern Europe Logistic Manager;
· Track physical stock (in and out) in collaboration with the platforms;
· Monthly reconciliation of physical stock and stock on SAP in collaboration with the Finance department.

Candidate profile :

· At least 1 year’ experience on a similar position.

MARKETING MANAGER (HU/RO)

Job Description

The regional marketing manager (Specialist) will build up the strategy of regional online / Retail sales and marketing.

Role & Responsibility

1. Online / Retail sales management

· Based on the analysis of online marketing performance (traffic, click, conversion) and sales, build up the strategy for digital marketing execution, online channel expansion and online sales enhancement;
· Based on the analysis of Retail marketing performance (Footfall, Shopper experience, Conversion) and sales, build up the strategy for digital marketing execution, online channel expansion and online sales enhancement, build up the strategy for marketing execution, channel expansion and sales enhancement in the selected regions;
· Coordinate with EE marketing/sales team(B2C/B2B) to maximize the effectiveness of marketing activities and develop on/offline omni-channel best practices;

2. Performance Marketing

· Public Relation: cooperating with Agency & TCL HQ, meeting with the journalists to manage marketing efforts;
· Propose and run the performance marketing program;
· Track and leverage performance marketing strategies for HU/RO campaigns aligned with Subs marketing plans;
· Create the best practices on how to expand online marketing activities to drive sales;
· Progressively improve the ROI of TCL’s performance marketing investments by leveraging digital touch-point data;

3. Marketing Strategy Development

· Establish the business plans to develop sales and marketing strategies by specific distribution channels (namely PurePlayers, Retailers.com, Retailers, Marketplaces and TCL.com direct to consumer) across HU/RO;
· Build Sales strategy leveraging product roadmap from multiple categories (TV, Audio, WG);

4. COOP Marketing

· Establish the COOP marketing plan with key customers to reach sales target.

Candidate profile :

· Advanced excel and power point.
· Min. 5 years Marketing Experience.
· Min. 2 years Online Marketing Experience is must.
· FMCG, Consumer Electronics Experience is an advantage.
