We have established a Coronavirus (COVID-19) Task Force to stay up-to-date with the latest guidelines from health authorities, ensuring the correct course of action is immediately undertaken across our business.

Information to our customers about delivery

Dear customers,
We are facing a unprecedented situation that impacts deeply our daily life.
In this unprecedented context, we are doing everything possible to ensure that our products remain available. Our retailers continue to provide a reliable delivery service for our products on their online shops, in strict compliance with official health recommendations.
However, as the COVID-19 pandemic is evolving, deliveries are encountering significant delays. We are sorry about the inconvenience but we support our partners’ choices to protect their employees’ health.
For more information about your shipment, please contact directly the retailers.

Customer service

We put all our efforts to limit the impact of the current COVID-19 situation by maintaining, as much as possible, our usual service operations. For latest update, please visit our service pages.

How do we protect the health of our employees ?

TCL’s top priority is always the safety and well-being of its employees. In response to the very fast evolution of the COVID-19, we are asking our employees to strictly follow the health and safety guidelines recommended by global health officials. In Europe, all our employees are currently working from home and we keep them updated on the latest development related to the outbreak.

How do we contribute to the fight of the COVID-19 ?

As part of the support to local communities in France, TCL is donating tens of thousands surgical and KN95 masks to hospital associations to help cope with medical equipment shortages and support those most affected by the virus.
