TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

EFFECTIVE DATE: [1st May]

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE BEFORE USING THE TCL SMART SERVICES. LIMITATION AND LIABILITY EXEMPTION CLAUSES MAY BE HIGHLIGHTED IN BOLD FOR YOUR SPECIAL ATTENTION, WITHOUT PREJUDICING YOUR SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF HAVING READ AND UNDERSTOOD THESE ENTIRE TERMS. IN ADDITION, WHEN YOU USE ANY CURRENT OR FUTURE TCL SMART SERVICES, YOU WILL ALSO BE SUBJECT TO THE SPECIAL TERMS, GUIDELINES AND CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO THAT TCL SMART SERVICE, WHICH SHALL PREVAIL OVER THE TERMS SET OUT HEREIN. IF YOU USE TCL SMART SERVICES, YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU UNDERSTAND, AGREE TO AND WILL BE BOUND BY ALL OF THESE TERMS.

1. Overview

1.1 These Terms and Conditions of Use (Terms) govern your use of the TCL Smart Services (as defined below), and are a legal agreement between the end user (you or your) and Shenzhen TCL New Technology Co., Limited, its affiliates and/or subsidiaries (TCL, our, we or us). Before using the TCL Smart Services, you should read these Terms carefully. By clicking “Agree”, completing your sign-up and using the TCL Smart Services (and continuing to use the TCL Smart Services after a change to any relevant Terms), you confirm that you have carefully read, fully understood and consented to each provision of these Terms, particularly those provisions that restrict or exempt liabilities, and other related agreements incorporated into these Terms by reference and you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the TCL Smart Services.

1.2 TCL reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Such modifications and additional terms and conditions will be communicated to you and will be effective immediately upon your acceptance of them. Your continued use of TCL Smart Services constitutes your acceptance of modified Terms. If you do not agree to such modified Terms, you must cease using TCL Smart Services.

1.3 Personal information which we collect or that we otherwise obtain in connection with your use of TCL Smart Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

2. General

2.1 You hereby represent and warrant that you must satisfy the age requirement and soundness of mind requirement for full legal capacity as required by the laws in your jurisdiction. If you do not meet the above requirements, your parent/legal guardian must provide consent to your use of TCL Smart Services and you shall only use TCL Smart Services under the guidance and supervision of your parent and / or legal guardian. If you are a parent/legal guardian permitting your child(ren) to use TCL Smart Services, you agree to: (A) supervise your child(ren)’s use of TCL Smart Services; (B) assume all risks and any liability associated with your child(ren)’s use of TCL Smart Services; and (C) assume responsibility and are bound by these Terms for your child(ren)’s use of TCL Smart Services. Users located in the United States must be age 13 or above to use TCL Smart Services.

2.2 TCL Smart Services (TCL Smart Services) refer to the smart features and functionalities developed and provided independently by TCL. TCL Smart Services are either pre-installed or can be downloaded and installed at your choice on any TCL branded or other compatible smart home devices (Devices), including but not limited to smart TV, mobile phone, tablet and smart watch products. A more detailed description of the TCL Smart Services is in the Schedule. Availability of the TCL Smart Services may vary, depending on your country/region location or the model of your Device(s). TCL has sole discretion on the content, features and functionalities of any TCL Smart Services and has the right to update, modify, suspend or remove any such content, features and functionalities as TCL deems appropriate without prior notice.

2.3 You need to register a TCL Account to use some of the TCL Smart Services. You may need to log into your TCL Account to set up or use your TCL devices. You may be automatically logged in using the TCL Account that is signed in on your Device, or you may be separately asked to authorise the access to your TCL Account credentials to log into some of the TCL Smart Services. All actions carried out using your TCL Account that link to the TCL Smart Services are deemed to have been conducted by you personally. You bear the consequences of any such actions, and we may, at our discretion, suspend, restrict or terminate your use of the TCL Smart Services (or any part of it) for any breach of your obligations. If you suspect your TCL Account has been compromised, you must report this to us and stop using your TCL Account immediately to mitigate any risks of loss to you or to us.

2.4 There may be other products and services offered by TCL which are associated with some TCL Smart Services. The use of such other products and services shall be governed by separate terms and conditions.

2.5 We may update, remove or change the TCL Smart Services from time to time. Essential security updates will be downloaded and installed automatically without your consent to protect you and other users. We will inform you about any such essential security updates at which time the update takes place, during the update or after the update has taken place. You will have the freedom to decide whether to download and install other functionality or recommended updates by means of: (A) checking the push notice or availability of the update and decide whether to download and install it or not; or (B) switching on the automatic update configuration on your Device or software (if applicable), which will download and install all updates automatically whenever the Device is plugged in and connected to a WiFi network. Please note that if you choose not to apply the functionality or recommended updates, your use of the TCL smart home products and services might be impaired. To use TCL Smart Services, you may need compatible hardware and software (and from time to time, this may require you to download and install the latest versions of such software). Internet connectivity is also required.

2.6 Some of the TCL Smart Services developed and provided by TCL may require payment from you. You acknowledge and agree that we reserve the right to charge for TCL Smart Services and to adjust the prices (and applicable taxes, as required by applicable laws) from time to time. We will give you an opportunity to review these changes before they come into effect. You may elect not to continue to receive certain TCL Smart Services if you disagree with such price changes. These charges are in addition to any other charges and fees that third parties may impose.

2.7 We may subcontract any part of our services to our chosen service providers or another one of our subsidiaries or affiliates at our sole discretion.

3. Your Representations, Warranties and Undertakings

3.1 You represent, warrant and undertake that:

(A) your registration and use of TCL Smart Services are and will be compliant with these Terms;

(B) you will only access and use TCL Smart Services for personal, private and non-commercial purposes;

(C) you will not, and will not aid or assist any person to, access or use TCL Smart Services for any commercial, unlawful or illegal purpose;

(D) you will at all times when accessing and using TCL Smart Services comply with all applicable laws, regulations, policies and other requirements prescribed by any applicable regulatory authority or law enforcement body;

(E) all information (including personal data) that you provide to us is true, accurate and complete at the time provided, and you will promptly notify us in the event of any change to such information. We will not be responsible for any loss suffered from you being unable to use your TCL Smart Services or any products or services dependent on you having certain verified details on your TCL Account, if it is caused by you providing incorrect, illegal, incomplete, or false information to us. Without limiting anything in this clause, you must not impersonate or misrepresent yourself as another person and we reserve the right to reject, block or deactivate a TCL Account which is suspected to be an impersonation, misrepresentation or misappropriation of another person’s name or identity;

(F) all User Content (as defined below) and your use of it in connection with TCL Smart Services:

(1) does not infringe or violate any intellectual property rights or any third party rights and you have all rights necessary to view and otherwise use such User Content; and

(2) does not otherwise breach any applicable laws;

(G) you will not use TCL Smart Services in any manner that is false, misleading, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libellous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable as determined by TCL in its sole discretion; and

(H) you agree that, without the prior written consent of TCL, you shall not upload, transmit, reproduce, distribute or participate in the transfer or sale, or in any way exploit, any content obtained through the TCL Smart Services. You have no right to use the TCL Smart Services and any TCL’s proprietary materials and products in the performance of services for or on behalf of any third parties or as a service bureau.

4. Third-party Content

4.1 When using TCL Smart Services, you may view or access to products, services, applications, websites, links, content, materials, information or advertisements provided or published by third parties, free or paid, which are not under the control of or maintained by TCL (Third Party Content). We are not responsible for the Third Party Content or the features of these services provided by third parties. Your use of any third

4.2 Your access to or interaction with Third Party Content may be facilitated by the country/region location you identified during the set-up process. You expressly acknowledge and agree that the identification of your country/region location and your use of, linking to or accessing to any Third Party Content is entirely at your own risk, and it is your responsibility to view and abide by the terms of use, privacy policies, and any other policies and local laws applicable of such Third Party Content.

4.3 Your access to some Third Party Content may require payment to a third party service and/or you having a valid and current user account with a third party service. Your use of the Third Party Content (whether free or paid) creates a direct relationship between you and the relevant third party, and such use may be subject to additional terms of use imposed by such third party (including website terms of use or other contractual terms) imposed by the relevant third party. We are not a party to (and will not be liable whatsoever to either you or such third party in respect of) any disputes between you and such third party arising out of any such agreement or other arrangement between you and such third party. In addition, it is your responsibility to take precautions to ensure whatever you select for your use or download (if possible) of any Third Party Content is free of such items such as viruses, worms, trojan horses, and other items of a destructive nature. Any information you provide directly to a third party for accessing Third Party Content will be subject to the privacy notice or any similar terms that the third party provides to you, and to the extent such information will not be accessed and used by TCL, you will not be subject to and may not rely upon our Privacy Policy with respect to such information. You should be aware when you visit a third party website or application. We recommend you read the terms and privacy policies of the third party websites and services that you visit.

4.4 We are responsible only for providing the TCL Smart Services. You acknowledge that all Third Party Content is provided by third parties, and TCL:

(A) your registration and use of TCL Smart Services are and will be compliant with these Terms;

(B) does not guarantee the accuracy, veracity, reliability, completeness, usefulness or adequacy of any Third Party Content accessible via TCL Smart Services;

(C) does not make any endorsement, express or implied, of any Third Party Content accessible via TCL Smart Services; and

(D) is not otherwise responsible for any Third Party Content.

4.5 TCL may pre-screen, review, filter, modify, refuse, label, monitor or otherwise moderate any Third Party Content, or to remove or disable your access to it in our sole discretion for any reason. You acknowledge that there is a risk that you might be exposed to unlawful, intrusive, immoral or offensive content or content that is otherwise contrary to the standards and expectations of TCL. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TCL excludes all responsibility for any consequences resulting from your use of Third Party Content.

4.6 You acknowledge that Third Party Content may be subject to the proprietary rights or intellectual property rights of third parties. You must not use, modify, lease, lend, sell, distribute or otherwise deal with all or any part of the Third Party Content without authorisation from the relevant rights owner and you agree that you will not create derivative works based on all or any part of the Third Party Content.

5. User Content

5.1 Any content, including but not limited to comments, photos, messages or information submitted, uploaded or posted by you, on behalf of you, or by other users on or through the TCL Smart Services (User Content) will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary, subject to local laws and regulations. We also reserve the right to disclose your information as necessary to any third party who claims that any User Content constitutes an infringement of third party intellectual property rights, or of their right to privacy. We have the right to remove any User Content for any reason including if, in our sole opinion, such User Content is unlawful, intrusive, immoral or offensive.

5.2 We do not control the User Content and do not warrant the nature, accuracy, integrity, appropriateness or quality of the User Content. You warrant that any of your User Content does not and will not infringe any third party intellectual property rights. You are solely responsible for all User Content that you upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise make available in any portion of the TCL Smart Services. We assume no liability for such User Content and you are solely responsible for any liability arising from or related to any User Content posted, uploaded or transmitted by you or on behalf of you on or through your Smart Services. We reserve the right to remove User Content that may be infringing on another person’s intellectual property rights with or without notice to the infringer and in accordance with applicable intellectual property or other laws. You are entirely responsible for User Content and your use of such User Content.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 For the purposes of these Terms, “Intellectual Property Rights” means rights such as copyrights, trademarks, domain names, design rights, database rights, patents and all other intellectual property rights of any kind whether or not they are registered or unregistered (anywhere in the world).

6.2 As between you and TCL, all Intellectual Property Rights in or relating to TCL Smart Services (including information, communications, designs, logos, pictures, layouts, software, texts, graphics, links, methodologies, know-how, processes, technologies, tools, devices, documentations, sounds and any other form of contents, excluding any User Content), are owned by TCL.

6.3 TCL grants to you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable licence to install and use the TCL Smart Services on any Device that you own or control for personal, private and non-commercial use.

6.4 You must not, and will not aid or assist any person to:

(A) copy, modify, reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, dismantle, attempt to export the source code, decode, and do other acts that analyse or replicate the source code, structure and concept of any of the TCL Smart Services, its component parts or circumvent or attempt to bypass any technological protection measures in or relating to TCL Smart Services; or

(B) rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute or sublicense reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works of, publicly display (including by framing any content) or commercially exploit any part of TCL Smart Services or its component parts.

6.5 The TCL trademark, logo and any other trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos used in connection with TCL Smart Services are trademarks of TCL or its licensors. Other trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos used in connection with Third Party Content may be the trademarks of their respective owners. You are granted no right or licence to any trademarks, service marks, graphics, or logos that do not belong to you.

6.6 In the event of any violation of these Terms, TCL reserves the right to unilaterally to ask you to immediately stop or rectify the unlawful use, or, should the unlawful use and/or violation continue, TCL is entitled to respond and to take any lawful measures that it considers necessary (including suspending, restricting or terminating your access to TCL Smart Services). TCL retains all legal rights and remedies available under applicable law.

6.7 With respect to all User Content you publish via TCL Smart Services, you warrant that you are the right holder or have obtained legal authorisation on the content, and that your publications will not infringe the legitimate rights or interests of any third parties. You grant to us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, sublicensable and irrevocable licence to use, modify, license, display, post, publish, reproduce and translate into any languages, disclose to third parties, distribute, transmit or otherwise use such User Content, to the extent necessary to provide TCL Smart Services to you and others, and from time to time to improve our products and services. In the event that any third parties raises any objections to the abovementioned information or content, we reserve the right to delete the relevant information or content and the right to take corresponding legal action against you. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you shall pay full compensation for any loss thus caused to us or any third party.

7. Data Protection and Privacy

7.1 Your personal information will be collected, stored and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws. Please ensure that you read our Privacy Policy to learn about what personal information we collect, how we handle it and for what purposes we use it.

7.2 Without limiting clause 7.1, we may collect information about your use of TCL Smart Services to help us analyse and improve our products and services or to recommend content which you may be interested in. We may also place advertisements offered by us or by third party partners that we work with on the platform or send marketing messages to you. We will do so in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

8. Advertisements

8.1 There may be advertisements placed on TCL Smart Services by TCL or by third party partners in relation to TCL or third party products and services. We may also send marketing messages to you as permitted by and in accordance with applicable laws.

8.2 Such advertisements and marketing messages may be presented as banners on the operation interfaces of the Devices, in-app advertisements, notifications, newsletters or marketing materials in other forms.

9. Disclaimer

9.1 To the full extent permissible by applicable law, TCL, its partners, suppliers and affiliates:

(A) disclaim and do not make any representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of TCL Smart Services, its contents, or any information made available by or through TCL Smart Services, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, satisfactory quality, accuracy, title or fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement;

(B) do not warrant that use of TCL Smart Services will be uninterrupted, available at any time or from any particular location, secure or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that TCL Smart Services is free of viruses or other potentially harmful components;

(C) do not endorse the satisfactory quality, completeness, accuracy, non-infringement, compatibility, security, timeliness or reliability of any advice, opinion, statement or other material or database displayed, uploaded or distributed via TCL Smart Services; and

(D) do not make any representations or warranties in relation to any Third Party Content.

9.2 You acknowledge and agree that TCL Smart Services is at your sole risk and the services provided to you on an “as is or/ and on” as available” basis.

9.3 You acknowledge that there are inherent risks in using Internet-based services (including data privacy and security risks) and in view of the particular nature of Internet-based services, you understand and agree that we do not assume any liabilities or responsibilities for any direct, indirect, collateral, derivative or other losses or liabilities (including but not limited to losses in property, revenue, data files, personal information and other aspects or other intangible losses) that you may suffer in the course of using TCL Smart Services that arise in connection with events out of our control, including under the following circumstances:

(A) malfunction of or inability to operate or use TCL Smart Services normally due to force majeure factors such as typhoons, earthquakes, tsunamis, floods, power outages, wars, cyber and terrorist attacks;

(B) interruption or delay or malfunction of or inability to operate or use TCL Smart Services caused by system viruses, trojans, other malicious programs, hacker attacks, technical adjustments or malfunctions by telecommunication operators and Internet operating companies, system maintenance or any other reasons beyond our control;

(C) interruption, termination or delay or malfunction of or inability to operate or use TCL Smart Services caused by changes in applicable laws and regulations, orders and rulings of judicial, administrative, and other authorities;

(D) interruption or delay or malfunction of or inability to operate or use TCL Smart Services due to Internet connectivity issues; or

(E) loss or liability you may suffer due to your unlawful or improper use of TCL Smart Services or any breaches of these Terms by you.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; liability for damages caused by wilful misconduct or gross negligence; or any breaches of the obligations implied by applicable consumer protection laws.

10.2 Subject to clause 10.1, in the event that we incur any liability in connection with these Terms and the operation of TCL Smart Services and such liability is not otherwise limited or excluded by these Terms, our liability will be limited to reasonably foreseeable damages.

10.3 Subject to clause 10.1, our overall and aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of TCL Smart Services will be limited to US$10.00 or an equivalent sum in the currency of the country in which you are based.

10.4 Subject to clause 10.1, you will indemnify and keep indemnified TCL, its officers, employees, agents, licensors or other third party providers from and against all losses and liabilities for which any of them may become liable and against all actions, suits, proceedings, claims or demands of any nature whatsoever which may be asserted, taken or made against any of them, or which any of them may incur or which may arise directly or indirectly in connection with your breach of law, your breach of these Terms or any acts or omissions you commit that are not permitted by these Terms.

10.5 Subject to clause 10.1, TCL excludes all liabilities for indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of income, revenue, business or profits, or any losses of data or corruption of data in connection with your use of TCL Smart Services. In addition, you acknowledge that TCL Smart Services is intended for domestic and private use and we will not be responsible for loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.

10.6 Without limiting clause 10.4, if you breach these Terms and to the extent permitted by law, you will be liable to TCL, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and licensors for any claims arising out of your breach. You will also be liable for any actions taken by TCL as part of its investigation of a suspected violation of these Terms, or as a result of its findings or decision that a violation of these Terms has occurred.

10.7 We are not liable to you for:

(A) any acts or omissions we make in accordance with any requests made by you; or

(B) any acts or omissions we make (including disclosure of any information relating to you or your TCL Smart Services) where such act or omission is required or permitted by applicable law or regulations, orders, rulings or requests of judicial, administrative, and other authorities.

11. Term and Termination of Services

11.1 These Terms shall be valid and in effect as from the date they are accepted by you and shall remain in force for an open-ended term. You understand and agree that we have the right to terminate all or any part of the TCL Smart Services temporarily or permanently based on our operational policies and subject to the applicable laws at any time, or for any of the reasons set out in these Terms. We will endeavour to promptly notify you about the suspension or termination of TCL Smart Services according to applicable laws, including by general notice on our websites and platforms. We recommend you to pay close attention to our websites and platforms for any notices, promptly backup your information and messages held or accessed via your TCL Account and retrieve anything belonging to you held or accessed via your TCL Account when necessary. We will not be liable to you to the extent that you fail to take necessary measures to protect your information and properties held or accessed via your TCL Account. We will not provide compensation or indemnify you, including, without limitation, on account of loss of profits or goodwill and no indemnity will be owed, either, on account of costs incurred with publicity and/or investments or any other costs, by reason of the termination of these Terms or any TCL Smart Services.

11.2 We may terminate or suspend these Terms at our sole discretion in the following circumstances, without liability whatsoever to you:

(A) any breaches by you of these Terms or any other terms and conditions relating to our services which are mentioned in these Terms;

(B) if required by applicable laws, regulations or government actions or if requested by law enforcements, judicial bodies or other government agencies;

(C) due to technical or security issues or problems beyond our control;

(D) any unlawful or fraudulent activities on your behalf;

(E) if we decide to discontinue any part of the TCL Smart Services or replace it with an alternative service; and/or

(F) for any other reasons with 30 days’ prior notice subject to applicable laws.

Unless otherwise specified in these Terms, termination will not affect rights, obligations and liabilities accrued before the date of termination.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

12.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China (excluding the laws of Hong Kong SAR, Macao SAR and Taiwan) (China), except as otherwise provided by any mandatory applicable law in your jurisdiction, in which case the governing law in relation to all or particular rights and obligations of the parties shall be the laws of your usual place of residence.

12.2 The United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods is specifically excluded from application to these Terms.

12.3 To the extent permitted by applicable law, in the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of TCL Smart Services, TCL and you shall attempt, promptly and in good faith, to resolve any such dispute. In the event that no resolution can be concluded within 30 days from the date when such dispute has first been raised by either party, either party shall have the right to submit the dispute (which may be contractual or non-contractual) to the competent courts of China as the exclusive dispute resolution venue, unless applicable mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction prohibits from conferring such jurisdiction in which case the court of your usual place of residence will apply to such disputes related to these Terms. This does not affect your right to start proceedings to protect your legal position.

12.4 If you are a citizen of any European Union member states, after prior written request to TCL, you may also submit any claims on the dispute resolution platform by the European Commission at the following address: https://ec.europa.eu/info/live-work-travel-eu/consumers/resolve-your-consumer-complaint_en. The European Commission will transfer your claim to the notified competent national mediators.

12.5 Class Action Waiver: any dispute, whether in arbitration, in court or otherwise, will be conducted solely on an individual basis. TCL and you agree that no party will have the right or authority for any dispute to be arbitrated as a class action, a private attorney general action, or in any other proceeding in which either party acts or proposes to act in a representative capacity. No arbitration or proceeding will be joined, consolidated, or combined with another arbitration or proceeding without the prior written consent of all parties to any such arbitration or proceeding.

12.6 If you do not agree to be bound by the above Class Action Waiver, then: (A) you must notify TCL in writing within 60 days of the date that you become a user of TCL Smart Services; (B) your written notification must be mailed to us at the contact at [https://www.tcl.com/content/choose-country/choose-country.html] by choosing your country of residence or addressed to [9/F, Building D4, International E-city, No.1001 Zhongshanyuan Road, Nanshan District, Shenzhen, PRC.]; and (C) your written notification must include (1) your name, (2) your address, (3) the date you become a user of TCL Smart Services, and (4) a clear statement that you wish to opt out of the class action waiver.

13. Language

13.1 Any translation of these Terms is done for local requirements or convenience and in the event of a dispute between the English and any non-English versions, the English version of these Terms shall govern, to the extent not prohibited by local law in your jurisdiction.

14. Miscellaneous

14.1 If any of the provisions of these Terms are held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be void or unenforceable, such provisions shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary and replaced with valid provisions that best embodies the intention of these Terms, so that these shall remain in full force and effect.

14.2 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and TCL with regard to your use of TCL Smart Services, and any and all other written or oral agreements or understandings previously existing between you and TCL with respect to such use are hereby superseded and cancelled.

14.3 TCL reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do so, we will update the Effective Date above. In the event of material changes to these Terms, we will notify you via email at the email address we have on file for you, SMS messages, pop-up notifications, message box notification on the TCL Smart Services and/or announcements on our website. If you do not agree with such modified Terms, you must cease using TCL Smart Services.

14.4 If you are located in Germany: We will inform you of such changes by email and provide you with a period of two months to object against the changed Terms in writing or by email. 1.1 TCL Account is an identifier we use in servicing our users. Your TCL Account will enable you to fully utilise a range of TCL products and services (such as TCL websites, TCL Home, TCL Channel, etc.) provided across TCL’s ecosystem. The products and services accessible through the TCL Account may vary depending on your location.

Do not reveal your TCL Account name and log-in credentials to anyone else. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your TCL Account and password (for example, by regularly changing your password).
