Buy a TCL 115” TV during the campaign period and claim a fully paid trip for two to watch Arsenal live in London. 

3. Prize Details

The winner will receive an all-expenses-paid trip for two (2) people, including:

• Two (2) economy-class return flights on Emirates from UAE to London Heathrow
• Two (2) nights hotel stay in a hotel of TCL’s choice
• Two (2) box tickets to an Arsenal match at Emirates Stadium

Additional Notes:

• Match and travel dates will be offered by TCL and must take place in 2025.
• The customer will be asked to select from available options provided by TCL.
• Final booking and confirmation will proceed once the customer secures a valid UK visa.

4. Eligibility Criteria

• Participants must be 18 years or older.
• The purchaser must be a UAE resident.
• The winner must hold a valid passport and is fully responsible for obtaining a UK visa.
• In case of visa refusal or inability to travel for legal or personal reasons, the prize will be forfeited or may be discussed for a reschedule within 2025 (subject to TCL’s approval).

5. Redemption Conditions

• To claim the prize, the customer must email gcc.marketing@tcl.com with the following documents:
  1. A copy of the purchase invoice
  2. Passport copies of both travelers
• TCL’s dedicated campaign team will handle all communication and processing of the reward.
• The prize is non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other product.
• Transfers of the prize to another individual may be allowed only under special request and with prior TCL approval
• The offer becomes void if the product is returned, for any sales-related reason, including refund, exchange, or warranty-based return
• The offer will only be confirmed once the retailer’s return/refund period has lapsed and the purchase is finalized.
• TCL will not honor the prize for returned, refunded, or exchanged units.
• Only one redemption per TV purchase is permitted.

6. General Terms

• The Promotion is valid only while stocks (115C7K and 115X955Max) last
• TCL reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel this Promotion at any time without prior notice.
• TCL may request identification or proof of purchase before confirming prize eligibility.
• Any costs not explicitly mentioned above (e.g., meals, insurance, transport) are the sole responsibility of the winner.
• TCL’s general customer service and call center teams are not responsible for handling inquiries related to this campaign.
