TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

The contestant shall be agreed and bound to agree the terms and conditions of the contest fully and unconditionally and comply with all of the following terms and conditions (terms). Registration for this contest, the Participants shall read, understand the contents of the contest and if you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions, do not register for this contest and do not submit an entry.

Participant has entered into this Contest out of his/her will and free consent and there is no compulsion or coercion, or undue influence exerted upon her/him to participate in the Contest or agree the Terms. To participate in the contest, please log in to your TCL account. If you do not have a TCL Account, please create a new TCL account.

  1. Duration: The Quiz contest will be held from June 28, 2022, from 10:00:00 hrs (IST) to July 15, 2022, 23:59:59 hrs (IST) both days inclusive (hereinafter referred to as the “Contest Period”).
  2. Eligibility: whoever has been registered as a TCL member, shall be considered to be as a “Participant” in this Contest, upon fulfilment of the following eligibility criteria, failing which TCL reserves the right and shall be entitled to disqualify the participant without giving any prior notice at any time including Prize delivery time.
    • The participant Shall be a legal resident of India;
    • Participant shall have a billing address within the territory of India;
    • Either TCL officers, directors, employees, dealers, distributors or its agents, successors or assigns shall not participate
      • He/she must be of or above 18 years of age;
    • TCL shall not responsible or liable for any consequences of Participant error including illegible / incomplete / invalid / wrongly submitted information or entries and delayed claims in respect thereof.
    However, it is clarified that directors, employees, dealers, distributors, agents, vendors, representatives, business associates of the TCL and/or their family members and/or anyone else connected in any manner with the Contest, shall not be participate to avail the prizes of the Contest.
  3. Each user can’t be participated more than once in this contest and to be a member of TCL, using multiple valid proof of identities are prohibited. Participants with fake ID cards or fake ID cards will be disqualified. If there are more winners, the final winner will be decided by TCL in the contest.
  4. TCL reserves the right at any time, without prior notice to add, delete, alter, modify, change or vary all or any of the Terms and Conditions of the contest.
  5. Winners will be selected randomly by a computer process that produces a verifiable random result from those valid entries received during the contest period. TCL India reserves all rights and their decision will be final and binding.
  6. TCL reserves the right to withdraw/modify the contest at any time without any notice thereof and terminate any contest/Users at any time without prior notice.
  7. How to participate:

    • The winners will be notified through email.
  8. Winners may not request for substitution of the prize. All winners are solely responsible for the transport of the product and bear all and any taxes and/or fees as well as all additional costs that may be incurred.
  9. If the specified prize becomes unavailable for any reason, TCL reserve the right and in its sole and absolute discretion may substitute a prize of like or equal value.
  10. If you win the prize, the system will inform you of your prize and how to claim the prize. Please send pictures of the winning page to our official email socialcare.india@tcl.com only and provide your address within 3 days from the date of winning, else their right to the prize will be forfeited and it shall be treated to be as not claimed and closed. The winner shall not claim after the expiry of the 3days and do not share the screenshot of the winning page to anyone. The prizes will be delivered subject to the sharing of the screenshot of the winning page and provided the corresponding address only by the winner. TCL shall not be responsible for any mistakes by the winners.
  11. Each eligible contester agrees to indemnify and hold harmless TCL and its affiliated subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, successors or assigns (collectively, the “Indemnified Parties”) from and against any all liabilities, warranties, injury, claims, suits, losses, damages, expenses and costs (including, but not limited to reasonable attorneys’ fees) resulting from or arising from: (a) the Prize, and/or (b) or any other claims incurred as a result of any winner’s use of a prize and/or (c) any breach or violation of any representation, warranty, obligation or covenant made by the eligible contests herein.
  12. TCL is not responsible or liable for any loss or costs arising out of or in connection with any contest promoted by TCL. In no event TCL shall be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages or any damages whatsoever arising out of or in any way connected under this contest.
  13. TCL will use Participant’s and winner’s personal details (the “Personal Data”) for the purpose of administering this contest, including Prize delivery and winner announcement and notifications etc.,
  14. Personal Data provided to TCL in connection with this contest will be processed in accordance with all applicable data protection laws.

  16. All the disputes and differences that arise under this contest shall be subject to the jurisdiction of civil courts in Mumbai only.
