Campaign Terms and Conditions

These Campaign Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the promotional campaign organized by TCL Electronics Turkey Ticaret Limited Şirketi ("TCL") for selected TCL Monitor products purchased through the participating online platforms during the Campaign Period.

By participating in this Campaign, customers acknowledge and agree to these Terms.

* Campaign Period: The campaign is valid for eligible purchases made between 00:00 (Türkiye time) on 29 July 2026 and 23:59 (Türkiye time) 31 August 2026 (the "Campaign Period").

* Eligible Products: The Campaign is applicable only to the following products: 24G54, 25G54, 25G64, 27G64, 27P3A PRO, 27C2A PRO and 32X3A (the "Eligible Products") purchased from official TCL stores or authorized sellers available on the following platforms during the Campaign Period: Hepsiburada, Amazon Türkiye, N11 and Trendyol (the "Participating Platforms").

* Eligible Products purchases made through Participating Platforms during the Campaign Period will receive an additional one (1) year warranty in addition to the standard warranty period provided under applicable legislation and TCL warranty terms. The additional warranty shall be subject to TCL's applicable warranty terms and conditions.

* The prices stated are TCL's recommended retail prices ("RRP") for reference purposes only. Each platform and/or seller independently determines the final selling price offered to customers. TCL does not guarantee or control the final transaction price applied by any platform or seller. 

* Installment options are determined and managed solely by each marketplace in cooperation with participating banks. Installment availability, eligible cards and installment terms may vary depending on the platform, bank based on their own agreements and policies. The installment options may vary between platforms, banks and credit cards and may be changed, suspended or discontinued by the relevant platform, bank or payment service provider without prior notice. Customers are advised to check the applicable installment terms directly on the relevant platform before completing their purchase.

*  The Campaign is not subject to a predetermined overall stock quota. Customers may benefit from the Campaign provided that eligible products remain available for purchase on the relevant platform during the Campaign Period. TCL does not guarantee continuous product availability, and purchases shall be subject to the stock availability of each participating platform and/or seller.

* TCL reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the campaign, or revise these terms and conditions where required by applicable law or due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Any such change will be announced and will not affect already placed eligible orders or benefits already accrued by consumers, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

* In the event of any dispute regarding this campaign, TCL's records shall prevail to the extent permitted by applicable law.

* The Campaign benefits cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to third parties.

* Products purchased outside the Campaign Period or through channels other than the Participating Platforms shall not benefit from the Campaign offers.

* In case of product return, cancellation or withdrawal of purchase, the Campaign benefits may be cancelled or adjusted in accordance with applicable return and refund procedures.

* Customers' statutory rights under applicable Turkish consumer protection legislation remain unaffected.

* TCL reserves the right to amend these Terms, change Campaign conditions, or terminate the Campaign partially or completely where required due to technical, operational, commercial or legal reasons, provided that such changes comply with applicable laws. Any changes to these Terms will be announced through TCL's official communication channels.
