DESCRIPTION OF SWEEPSTAKES: This TCL® America Recycles Day 2019 Sweepstakes (hereinafter referred to as the “Sweepstakes”) is for entries submitted via online method only by visiting https://gleam.io/BvZTf/america-recycles-day-giveaway and filling out the Gleam.io entry form and following the instructions to complete each valid and qualifying entry per Social Media Entry Method. Each entrant submitting a valid and qualifying entry will have the opportunity to win one (1) TCL® 6-Series 4K QLED Dolby Vision HDR ROKU SMART TV (Model # 55R625) (the “Prize”). This Sweepstakes will have one (1) randomly selected Prize winner (the “Prize Winner” or “Sweepstakes Winner”). The Prize Winner will be randomly selected on Monday, November 18, 2019 at 10:00 AM (California Time).

The Sweepstakes will officially commence on Thursday, November 7, 2019 at 12:00 AM (California Time), and will conclude on Friday, November 15, 2019 at 11:59 PM (California Time).

The Prize Winner will be randomly selected on Monday, November 18, 2019 at 10:00 AM (California Time). The Prize Winner will first be contacted via the e-mail address submitted on the Prize Winner’s valid and qualifying entry form. Each entrant is eligible to win the one (1) Prize in the Sweepstakes.

VALID AND QUALIFYING ENTRIES: Entrants can enter the Sweepstakes via online method only by visiting the gleam.io entry page and following the instructions to complete the entry. Each entrant is eligible to win the one (1) Prize in the Sweepstakes. Entrants must submit entries that are in good taste, with no graphic language or images, in order to be a qualifying and valid entry. All entries containing images or language considered graphic, or any elements that are deemed to be graphic in nature or otherwise in poor taste, will be void and disqualified from entry (“Non-Qualifying Entries”). Each entrant is eligible to win the one (1) Prize in the Sweepstakes. The Prize Winner will be notified using the e-mail address provided in the entrant’s valid and qualifying entry form. The Prize winner must respond to Sponsor’s official notification within seventy-two (72) hours of receipt of notification (“Deadline”). If any Prize Winner notification remains unanswered by the Deadline, the Prize may be forfeited in its entirety. The Prize is not transferable; no Prize substitutions or cash alternatives are allowed. Each entrant submitting a valid and qualifying entry will have the opportunity to win the one (1) Prize in the Sweepstakes. The Prize Winner will not receive the difference between actual and approximate retail value, if any. The Prize Winner is expressly prohibited from selling, attempting to sell, or profiting from the sale of the right to redeem or claim the Prize. Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner if a Prize Winner attempts to sell the right to redeem or claim the Prize. All federal, state, and local taxes and fees, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the Prize Winner. Sponsor will comply with all income tax reporting obligations, if applicable. Each Prize Winner agrees to provide the Sweepstakes Sponsor with a completed and signed IRS Form 1099 for tax reporting obligations (if applicable) and agrees to complete and return to the Sweepstakes Sponsor other IRS forms, if applicable.

RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: By entering the Sweepstakes, participants/entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and assigns (the “Released Parties”), from and against any and all liability for any injuries, loss, claims, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this Sweepstakes, the advertising and/or promotion of this Sweepstakes, or any Prize won, including any injuries, loss, claims, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance or use of the Prize. Sponsor and the Released Parties are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of this Sweepstakes offer. In the event Sponsor is prevented from continuing with this Sweepstakes, or determines in its sole discretion and judgment to terminate the Sweepstakes, or the integrity and/or feasibility of the Sweepstakes is undermined by any event including, but not limited to, fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, airport or airline closure(s), satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state or local government law, order or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within Sponsor’s control (each, a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence), Sponsor shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the Sweepstakes without further obligation, and, if so, Sponsor reserves the right, but not the obligation, to award the Prizes from among all valid and eligible entries received up to the time of such Force Majeure event, to not award a Prize, or to substitute the Prize with another prize or prizes offering approximately equivalent or near-equivalent retail or monetary value.
