DESCRIPTION OF SWEEPSTAKES: This TCL Call of Duty: Vanguard Ultimate Game Setup Sweepstakes (hereinafter referred to as the “Sweepstakes”) is for entries submitted via online method only by filling out the Gleam.io entry form and following the instructions to complete each valid and qualifying entry per Social Media Entry Method. Each entrant submitting a valid and qualifying entry will have the opportunity to win one (1) TCL 65" 6-Series 4K QLED Google TV (Model # 65R646) and one (1) TCL Alto 8 Plus Dolby Atmos Sound Bar with Subwoofer (Model # TS8212) (the “Prize”). This Sweepstakes will have a total of three (3) randomly selected Prize winners (each referred to as a “Prize Winner” or “Sweepstakes Winner”). Each valid and qualifying entry is eligible for all respective drawings until this Sweepstakes concludes unless previously selected as a Prize Winner in this Sweepstakes. Entry is only eligible for the drawing after valid and qualifying entry has been submitted. The Sweepstakes will officially commence on Monday, October 25, 2021 at 12:00 PM (California Time), and will conclude on Friday, November 12th, 2021 at 5:00 PM (California Time).

The Prize Winners will be randomly selected on October 29, 2021, November 5, 2021, and November 12, 2021. The Prize Winners will first be contacted via email. Each entrant is eligible to win no more than one (1) Prize in the Sweepstakes.

CONSUMER DISCLOSURE: This is a game of chance. Odds of winning one (1) Prize are based on the eligible number of valid, qualifying entries. As the number of valid, qualifying entries increases during the Sweepstakes, the corresponding odds of winning a Prize is thereby decreased. There is no method of accurately forecasting the total number of valid, qualifying entries. For example, if an entrant submits one (1) valid and qualifying entry and there are a total of 10,000 valid, qualifying entries, the chances of that entrant winning a Prize in the October 29, 2021, random drawing for the first Prize Winner is one (1) chance in 10,000 (1: 10,000). All valid, qualifying entries received during the Sweepstakes are eligible for each random drawing. Entry is only eligible for the drawing after valid and qualifying entry has been submitted.

Each Entrant is eligible to submit one (1) of each qualifying entry per Social Media Entry Method. Entrants that submit more than one (1) entry per Social Media Entry Method will be disqualified and all such entries by that entrant will become null and void.

VALID AND QUALIFYING ENTRIES: Entrants can enter the Sweepstakes via online method only by visiting the gleam.io entry page and following the instructions to complete the entry. Each entrant is eligible to win one (1) Prize in the Sweepstakes. Entrants must submit entries that are in good taste, with no graphic language or images, in order to be a qualifying and valid entry. All entries containing images or language considered graphic, or any elements that are deemed to be graphic in nature or otherwise in poor taste, will be void and disqualified from entry (“Non-Qualifying Entries”). ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States of America who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. Void in New York, Rhode Island, Florida, Alaska, and Hawaii, and where prohibited. Entries from New York, Rhode Island, Florida, Alaska, and Hawaii will not be permitted, will not be considered valid, and will not be eligible for entry in this Sweepstakes. Entries from outside the United States of America, or from United States territories, are not permitted and will be void. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Sponsor and Sponsor’s parent companies and affiliates are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes. SWEEPSTAKES WINNERS, PRIZE SELECTION, AND NOTIFICATION: This is a game of chance. Odds of winning are based on the eligible number of valid, qualifying entries. The Prize Winners will be chosen at random using the Random.org website. There will be a total of three (3) random drawings from valid and qualifying entries to select each of the three (3) Prize Winners. Each entrant is eligible to win no more than one (1) Prize in the Sweepstakes. Each Prize Winner will be notified using the e-mail address provided in each entrant’s valid and qualifying entry form. Each Prize Winner must respond to Sponsor’s official notification within seventy-two (72) hours of receipt of notification (“Deadline”). If any Prize Winner notification remains unanswered by the Deadline, the Prize for the non-responding Prize Winner may be forfeited in its entirety. The Prize is not transferable; no Prize substitutions or cash alternatives are allowed. Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner if a Prize Winner does not respond within seventy-two (72) hours of receipt of official notification. All entrants should closely monitor their email in which the corresponding valid and qualifying entry is submitted beginning on October 30, 2021, November 6, 2021, and November 13, 2021. 

PRIZE AND RETAIL VALUE: The Prize (as defined in the “Description of Sweepstakes” section above) has an estimated retail value of $1529.98 (U.S.), comprised of one (1) TCL 65" 6-Series 4K QLED Google TV (Model # 65R646) and one (1) TCL Alto 8 Plus Dolby Atmos Sound Bar with Subwoofer (Model # TS8212). Each entrant submitting a valid and qualifying entry will have the opportunity to win one (1) Prize in the Sweepstakes. A total of three (3) Prizes will be awarded to three (3) separate Prize Winners in the Sweepstakes. The Prize Winners will not receive the difference between actual and approximate retail value, if any. Each Prize Winner is expressly prohibited from selling, attempting to sell, or profiting from the sale of the right to redeem or claim the Prize. Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner if a Prize Winner attempts to sell the right to redeem or claim the Prize. All federal, state, and local taxes and fees, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of each Prize Winner. Sponsor will comply with all income tax reporting obligations, if applicable. Each Prize Winner agrees to provide the Sweepstakes Sponsor with a completed and signed IRS Form 1099 for tax reporting obligations (if applicable), and agrees to complete and return to the Sweepstakes Sponsor any other IRS forms, if applicable.

RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: By entering the Sweepstakes, participants/entrants indemnify, release, and hold harmless Sponsor and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and assigns (together, the “Released Parties”), from and against any and all liability for any injuries, loss, claims, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this Sweepstakes, the advertising and/or promotion of this Sweepstakes, or any Prize won, including any injuries, loss, claims, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance or use of the Prize. The Released Parties are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of this Sweepstakes offer. In the event Sponsor is prevented from continuing with this Sweepstakes, or determines in its sole discretion and judgment to terminate the Sweepstakes, or the integrity and/or feasibility of the Sweepstakes is undermined by any event including, but not limited to, fire, flood, epidemic, pandemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, airport or airline closure(s), satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state or local government law, order or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within Sponsor’s control (each, a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence), Sponsor shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the Sweepstakes without further obligation, and, if so, Sponsor reserves the right, but not the obligation, to award the Prizes from among all valid and eligible entries received up to the time of such Force Majeure event, to not award any Prizes, or to substitute the Prizes with another prize or prizes offering approximately equivalent or near-equivalent retail or monetary value.
