Each entrant submitting a valid and qualifying entry will have the opportunity to win the one (1) Prize consisting of: two (2) tickets to Super Bowl LVII in Glendale, Arizona on February 12^th 2023, two (2) round-trip tickets in standard economy class from a commercial airport located near Prize Winner’s U.S. home address (Sponsor reserves the right to designate Prize Winner’s departure airport in the event Prize Winner’s U.S. home address is not located within fifty (50) miles of a commercial airport with major U.S. airlines conducting daily operating flights) to Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport (PHX), four (4) nights in a hotel (one (1) standard room) commencing February 9^th, 2023, with check-out February 13, 2023, and one (1) $100 Uber Gift Card (hereinafter referred to as the “Prize”) in the January 27^th, 2023 random drawing. CONSUMER DISCLOSURE: This is a game of chance. Odds of winning one (1) Prize are based on the eligible number of valid, qualifying entries. As the number of valid, qualifying entries increases during the Sweepstakes, the corresponding odds of winning a Prize is thereby decreased. There is no method of accurately forecasting the total number of valid, qualifying entries. Each entrant is eligible to submit one (1) of each qualifying Social Media Entry Method. Entrants that submit more than one (1) entry per Social Media Entry Method will be disqualified and all such entries by that entrant will become null and void.

VALID AND QUALIFYING ENTRIES: Entrants can enter the Sweepstakes via online method only by visiting the gleam.io entry page and following the instructions to complete one (1) or more entries Each entrant is eligible to win only one (1) Prize in the Sweepstakes. Entrants must submit entries that are in good taste, with no graphic language or images, in order to be a qualifying and valid entry. All entries containing images or language considered graphic, or any elements that are deemed to be graphic in nature or otherwise in poor taste, will be void and disqualified from entry (“Non-Qualifying Entries”). All entrants must be eighteen (18) years of age and older, and reside in the United States of America, in states not to include New York, Rhode Island, Florida, Alaska, and Hawaii. Entries for the Sweepstakes will be accepted commencing at 10:00 AM (California Time) on January 12^th, 2023, and the deadline for entering the Sweepstakes with a valid and qualifying entry is 10:00 AM (California Time) on January 26^th, 2023.

The deadline for the submission of entries for the January 27^th, 2023 drawing is January 26^th, 2023, at 10:00 AM (California time).

ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States of America who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. Void in New York, Rhode Island, Florida, Alaska, and Hawaii, and where prohibited. Entries from New York, Rhode Island, Florida, Alaska, and Hawaii will not be permitted, will not be considered valid, and will not be eligible for entry in this Sweepstakes. SWEEPSTAKES WINNER, PRIZE SELECTION, AND NOTIFICATION: This is a game of chance. Odds of winning are based on the eligible number of valid, qualifying entries. The Prize Winner will be chosen at random using the Random.org website. There will be one (1) random drawing from valid and qualifying entries to select one (1) Prize Winner. Each entrant is eligible to win one up to (1) Prize in the Sweepstakes. The Prize Winner will first be contacted via e-mail using the e-mail address in which the valid qualifying entry is submitted. The Prize winner must respond to Sponsor’s official notification within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt of notification (“Deadline”). If any Prize Winner notification remains unanswered by the Deadline, the Prize for the non-responding Prize Winner may be forfeited in its entirety. The Prize(s) is/are not transferable; no Prize substitutions or cash alternatives are allowed. Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner if a Prize Winner does not respond within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt of official notification. PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE: The one (1) Prize (as defined in the “Description of Sweepstakes” section above) has an approximate value* of $12,600 (USD), comprised of two (2) tickets to Super Bowl LVII in Glendale, Arizona on February 12^th 2023 (approximate value of $3,500 USD), two (2) round-trip tickets in standard economy class from a commercial airport located near Prize Winner’s U.S. home address (Sponsor reserves the right to designate Prize Winner’s departure airport in the event Prize Winner’s U.S. home address is not located within fifty (50) miles of a commercial airport with major U.S. airlines conducting daily operating flights) to Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) (anticipated approximate value of $2000.00 USD), four (4) nights in a hotel (one (1) standard room) commencing February 9^th, 2023, with check-out February 13, 2023 (approximate value of $7000 USD plus applicable federal, state, and local taxes and/or fees), and one (1) $100 Uber Gift Card (approximate value of $100 USD). Sponsor will provide Prize Winner with flight and hotel travel arrangements/reservations and/or work with Prize Winner to arrange for flight(s) and hotel arrangements/reservations. Prize Winner and guest round-trip tickets must originate from the same departure airport on the same flight, and return to the original departure airport on the same flight. It is the Prize Winner’s sole responsibility for any and all costs related to: transportation and/or vehicle parking to and from any location including but not limited to airports, hotels, events, and other locations; any meal and drink costs including those costs while at any events; any gratuities; any car rental or similar costs; upgrade fees; luggage and/or storage fees; and all other expenses not specifically included in the Prize. Prize Winner agrees to provide the Sweepstakes Sponsor with a completed and signed IRS Form 1099 for tax reporting obligations (if applicable), and agrees to complete and return to the Sweepstakes Sponsor any other IRS forms, if applicable.

RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: By entering the Sweepstakes, participants/entrants indemnify, release, and hold harmless Sponsor and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and assigns (together, the “Released Parties”), from and against any and all liability for any injuries, illnesses, loss, claims, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this Sweepstakes, the advertising and/or promotion of this Sweepstakes, or any Prize won, including any injuries, loss, claims, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance or use of the Prizes. The Released Parties are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing or posting of this Sweepstakes offer. In the event Sponsor is prevented from continuing with this Sweepstakes, or determines in its sole discretion and judgment to terminate the Sweepstakes, or the integrity and/or feasibility of the Sweepstakes is undermined by any event including, but not limited to, fire, flood, epidemic, pandemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, airport or airline closure(s), satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state or local government law, order or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within Sponsor’s control (each, a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence), Sponsor shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the Sweepstakes without further obligation, and, if so, Sponsor reserves the right, but not the obligation, to award the Prizes from among all valid and eligible entries received up to the time of such Force Majeure event, to not award a Prize, or to substitute the Prizes with another prize or prizes offering approximately equivalent or near-equivalent retail or monetary value.
