Each entrant submitting a valid and qualifying entry will have the opportunity to win one (1) TCL 65” CLASS 6-SERIES 4K MINI-LED UHD QLED DOLBY VISION HDR SMART ROKU TV (Model # 65R655) and one (1) TCL ALTO 8+ 3.1.2 CHANNEL DOLBY ATMOS SOUND BAR (Model # TS8132) (hereinafter referred to as “the “Grand Prize”), or one (1) Call of Duty Modern Warfare II Game Code (Platform availability: PlayStation, Xbox, and personal computers through Blizzard/Activision Battlenet) (hereinafter referred to as the “Second Place Prize”) in the November 11^th, 2022  random drawing. This Sweepstakes will have one (1) randomly selected Grand Prize winner (the “Grand Prize Winner”) and twenty-four (24) randomly selected Second Place Prize winners (the “Second Place Prize Winners”). The Sweepstakes will officially commence on October 28^th, 2022 at 10:00 AM (California Time), and will conclude on November 11^th, 2022 at 3:00 PM (California Time) (the “Sweepstakes Duration” or “Sweepstakes Period”).

The Grand Prize Winner and the Second Place Prize Winners will be randomly selected on November 11^th, 2022 at 3:30 PM (California Time). The Grand Prize Winner and the Second Place Prize Winners will first be contacted via e-mail. Each entrant is eligible to win only one (1) Prize in the Sweepstakes.

IMPORTANT NOTE: SUBMISSIONS BY ENTRANTS BECOME THE PROPERTY OF SPONSOR AND MAY BE USED BY SPONSOR IN FUTURE PROMOTIONS, INCLUDING ON SOCIAL MEDIA, PRINT PUBLICATIONS, ONLINE, OR OTHERWISE. CONSUMER DISCLOSURE: This is a game of chance. Odds of winning one (1) Prize are based on the eligible number of valid, qualifying entries. As the number of valid, qualifying entries increases during the Sweepstakes, the corresponding odds of winning a Prize is thereby decreased. There is no method of accurately forecasting the total number of valid, qualifying entries. For example, if an entrant submits one (1) valid and qualifying entry on October 28^th, 2022 at 10:00 AM (California Time), and there are a total of 10,000 valid, qualifying entries prior to the November 11^th, 2022 random drawing, the chances of that entrant winning the Grand Prize in the November 11^th, 2022 random drawing is one (1) chance in 10,000 (1: 10,000). All valid, qualifying entries received during the Sweepstakes are eligible for the random drawing. Each entrant is eligible to win only one (1) Prize in this Sweepstakes.

Each Entrant is eligible to submit one (1) of each qualifying Social Media Entry Method. Entrants that submit more than one (1) entry per Social Media Entry Method will be disqualified and all such entries by that entrant will become null and void.

VALID AND QUALIFYING ENTRIES: Entrants can enter the Sweepstakes via online method only by visiting the gleam.io entry page and following the instructions to complete one (1) or more entries Each entrant is eligible to win only one (1) Prize in the Sweepstakes. Entrants must submit entries that are in good taste, with no graphic language or images, in order to be a qualifying and valid entry. All entries containing images or language considered graphic, or any elements that are deemed to be graphic in nature or otherwise in poor taste, will be void and disqualified from entry (“Non-Qualifying Entries”). All entrants must be eighteen (18) years of age and older, and reside in the United States of America, in states not to include New York, Rhode Island, Florida, Alaska, and Hawaii. Entrants submitting more than one (1) entry per Social Media Entry Method will be disqualified and all such entries by that entrant will become null and void. ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States of America who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. Void in New York, Rhode Island, Florida, Alaska, and Hawaii, and where prohibited. Entries from New York, Rhode Island, Florida, Alaska, and Hawaii will not be permitted, will not be considered valid, and will not be eligible for entry in this Sweepstakes. Entries from outside the United States of America, or from United States territories, are not permitted and will be void. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Sponsor and Sponsor’s parent companies and affiliates are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. SWEEPSTAKES TIMING: Entries for the Sweepstakes will be accepted commencing at 10:00 AM (California Time) on October 28^th, 2022, and the deadline for entering the Sweepstakes with a valid and qualifying entry is 3:00 PM (California Time) on November 11^th, 2022. SWEEPSTAKES WINNER, PRIZE SELECTION, AND NOTIFICATION: This is a game of chance. Odds of winning are based on the eligible number of valid, qualifying entries. The Prize Winner will be chosen at random using the Random.org website. There will be twenty-five (25) random drawings from valid and qualifying entries to select one (1) Grand Prize Winner and twenty-four (24) Second Place Prize Winners. Each entrant is eligible to win one up to (1) Prize in the Sweepstakes. The Prize Winners will first be contacted via e-mail using the e-mail address in which the valid qualifying entry is submitted. The Prize winner must respond to Sponsor’s official notification within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt of notification (“Deadline”). If any Prize Winner notification remains unanswered by the Deadline, the Prize for the non-responding Prize Winner may be forfeited in its entirety. The Prize(s) is/are not transferable; no Prize substitutions or cash alternatives are allowed. Not all gaming systems and operating systems may support game code and are not covered by the Prize. Each Prize Winner will be issued one game code. Game codes can only be used once. Replacement of game codes will not be allowed. Each of the twenty-four (24) Second Place Prizes (as defined in the “Description of Sweepstakes” section above) is comprised of one (1) Call of Duty Modern Warfare II Game Code (Platform availability: PlayStation, Xbox, and personal computers through Blizzard/Activision Battlenet) (approximate retail value of $69.99 USD). Each entrant submitting a valid and qualifying entry will have the opportunity to win only one (1) Prize in the Sweepstakes. The Prize Winners will not receive the difference between actual and approximate retail value, if any. The Prize Winners are expressly prohibited from selling, attempting to sell, or profiting from the sale of the right to redeem or claim the Prize. Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner if a Prize Winner attempts to sell the right to redeem or claim the Prize. All federal, state, and local taxes and fees, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the Prize Winners. Sponsor will comply with all income tax reporting obligations, if applicable. Prize Winners agree to provide the Sweepstakes Sponsor with a completed and signed IRS Form 1099 for tax reporting obligations (if applicable), and agree to complete and return to the Sweepstakes Sponsor any other IRS forms, if applicable

RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: By entering the Sweepstakes, participants/entrants indemnify, release, and hold harmless Sponsor and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and assigns (together, the “Released Parties”), from and against any and all liability for any injuries, loss, claims, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this Sweepstakes, the advertising and/or promotion of this Sweepstakes, or any Prize won, including any injuries, loss, claims, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance or use of the Prizes. All entrants understand and acknowledge that the e-mail address and/or social media information and identities submitted in their respective entries will be added to the list of recipients receiving the TCL Newsletter and/or other future communications, which may include marketing, advertisements, or other communications. All participants/entrants further agree that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of the entrant entering and participating in the Sweepstakes, and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorneys’ fees.
