What should I do if "PIN lock" or "PUK lock" is displayed on the screen of the device connected to the Router?
This means the SIM is locked.Log in to the Home page (Refer to "How can I access the Home page?" in the Basic Settings module) and enter your PIN code or PUK code. To obtain the PUK code, contact your network operator.
Note: If the incorrect PIN is entered 3 times you will be required to enter the PUK code. If the incorrect PUK code is entered 10 times the Micro SIM will be permanently blocked.
