 The initial user who pairs the watch with their account.
 Permissions include managing the watch (e.g., binding a new number, setting safe zones, adding contacts, setting school time, etc.).
 Non-administrator:
 A person who pairs their account with the watch by scanning a shared QR code.
 Permissions are limited to viewing safe zones, watch contacts, and school time.
 Contacts:
 People added to the watch contacts via phone numbers.
 Permissions are limited to making calls to the watch.
