 Open the TCL Connect app. Go to Contact Us > Hotline to find the hotline information for your region. You can call the hotline for support.
Option 2： Feedback submission:
 Open the TCL Connect app, go to Contact Us > Feedback to submit your feedback. Customer service will address your concerns.
