To use your SIM card when making a video call, please check the requirements below:
a) Video calls require network/SIM card support. Please contact your SIM operator to make sure you have the video call service.
b) Make sure the recipient can also support video calls and his/her SIM operator is the same as yours
A video call option will appear during voice call is connections when the above requirements are met.
