1. Remove metal or thick protective cases — metal blocks Wi-Fi signals and reduces strength;
2. Move your tablet closer to the router, and avoid interference (e.g., microwaves, cordless phones, other Wi-Fi routers);
3. Switch Wi-Fi frequency bands: If your router supports both 2.4GHz and 5GHz, use 5GHz for faster speed/lower latency (short distance) or 2.4GHz for longer range (weaker signal but more stable);
4. Close bandwidth-heavy apps (e.g., video streaming, large downloads) on other devices connected to the same router;
5. Update your tablet to the latest version: Go to Settings > System > System update > Check for updates;
6. Restart your tablet(see Q2, Step 5) and router.
