Which situations are not covered by the warranty?

1.      Human damage (such as falling, water ingress, disassembly).

2.      Normal wear and tear (such as weakened ear clip elasticity, surface scratches).

3.      Failures caused by not operating according to the manual.

4.      Unauthorized repair or modification.
