There is a filter light indicator. When the LED indicator starts showing yellow, it means you need to prepare buying a new filter. When the LED indicator starts showing red, it means that filter cannot work, although the air purifier can still work.
We recommend you buying a new filter before yellow light ON, better to buy filter together when you buy air purifier.
