What can I do if my TCL NXTWEAR S+ glasses is showing a completely black suddenly during use?
1) Loose or discrete magnetic connector will lead to disconnection of the black screen. Please reconnect the magnetic cable and try again.
2) Your smart phone connect TCL NXTWEAR S+ glasses might cause large power supply, which leads to signal breaks up. Please go to TCL AR app -> “Settings”-> “Properties” -> “Brightness” to reduce the glasses brightness. Alternatively, press the volume down key of your smart phone to lower the volume of the glasses.
