If the TV cannot connect to the wifi network successfully, please follow the below methods to do the troubleshooting:
- Switch to another wifi network.
- Ensure the password you input is the correct
one.
- Check whether the SSID and the password of the
wifi network include a special character.
- Try to restore the TV back to the factory
settings: press the Home button on the TV remote. Then select Settings-->Device Preferences-->Factory Reset.
