If the TV stays on the start-up screen, please follow the below methods to do the troubleshooting:
- If you connect a set-top box to the TV, please
remove the set-top box to check whether the TV could start up successfully.
- If the TV could start-up successfully without
the set-top box, we suppose that the set-top box is the root cause of the
issue.
- If the TV still cannot start up successfully, please try to unplug the power cord and plug it back in.
