If the TV cannot detect your wifi network, please follow the below methods to the troubleshooting:
- Check whether the SSID of the wifi network is
visible on your mobile phone. If not, please enable the SSID for your wifi
network.
- Try to change the wifi channel of your wifi
network on the router.
- Try to restore the TV back to the factory
settings: press the Home button on the TV remote. Then select Settings-->Device Preferences-->Factory Reset.
- If the TV has an ethernet port, please connect the TV to the router via the ethernet cable, and then check if
there is a new version of software updated online or not.
Press the Home button on the TV remote, and select Settings-->Device Preferences-->About-->System update-->Network Update:
