If the TV has a snowy picture, please follow the
below methods to do the troubleshooting:
- Change to play another video and check the
picture quality of the video.
- Change another video source. For example, if you
play the video from the HDMI connection, please try to play the video from the
USB drive.
- Change
another cable to connect the video source to the TV if you have a spare one.
Try to restore the TV back to the factory settings: press the Home button on the TV remote. Then select Settings-->Device Preferences-->Factory Reset.
