If the TV has a noise video issue, please follow the below methods to do the troubleshooting:
- Make sure the TV works with only one video source. For
example, if you use the HDMI and the USB media together, please remove one of
the video sources.
- Plug the TV into the socket only, and unplug
other electric appliances from the socket.
- Change to play another video to check if the
noise is coming with the video or not.
- Change another cable to connect the video source to the TV if you have a spare one.
