1) Loose or discrete magnetic connector will lead to disconnection of the black screen. Please reconnect the magnetic cable and try again.
2) Your smart phone connect TCL NXTWEAR S glasses might cause large power supply, which leads to signal breaks up. Please go to TCL AR app -> “Settings”-> “Properties” -> “Brightness” to reduce the glasses brightness. Alternatively, press the volume down key of your smart phone to lower the volume of the glasses.
