If the wifi network is very slow on your TV, please follow the below methods to do the troubleshooting:
- Check the wifi speed on your mobile phone. If
the wifi speed is very slow on your mobile phone, please check the wifi
settings on your wifi router. Usually, you could fix the wifi channel on your
router.
- Change another wifi network on the TV to
double-check the speed.
- If the wifi network is only slow on the TV,
please try to restore the TV back to the factory default settings.
- Please also check if the software of the TV is
the latest one or not. If the software is not the latest one, please try to
upgrade the software.
