When pairing the watch with your phone for the first time: Open TCL Connect app, tap + to add the selected watch model. When prompted, scan the QR code on the watch to complete the pairing process.
If your watch is not yet paired with any account: Swipe left on the Home screen of the watch and touch one of the function apps on the watch, such as QR code, Contacts or Chat to access the QR code. Make sure your watch has SIM card installed, and it is connected to the network.
If your watch is already paired with the administrator account: You can request the administrator to share QR code via the TCL Connect App To do this, go to More > Bind New Member .
Note:
If the QR code screen is blank or the screen displays “Unable to read the QR code”, check your watch’s network connection status.
