What do administrator, non-administrator, and contacts mean? What are their respective permissions?

  • Administrator:

  • The initial user who pairs the watch with their account.

  • Administrators have full access to core settings. Permissions include:

    • Initiating device pairing and unbinding contacts from the watch.

    • Initial device configuration;

    • User management, such as adding or removing general users;

    • Viewing all device data, including location history and call logs;

    • Managing communication permissions;

    • Setting safe zones and school time.

  • Non-administrator/family member:

  • A person who pairs their account with the watch by scanning a shared QR code.

  • Permissions include the following:

    • Viewing the watch settings configured by administrators;

    • Group chatting;

    • Voice or video calling;

    • Sending messages to other contacts;

    • Viewing the child’s geographic location in real-time.

  • Phone Contacts:

  • People added to the watch contacts via phone numbers.

  • Permissions are limited to making calls to the watch.
