I cannot find QR code on the watch screen. Why? How can I fix it?

If the watch administrator has not unbound the device, the QR code will not appear on the watch screen.

Solution: Ask the watch administrator to unbind the watch from his or her account first, or request the administrator to share QR code via the TCL Connect app.

Then the QR code can be found on the watch. Go to Q3 “Where can I get QR code?” for details.
