If an “invalid IMEI” message appears during QR code binding, it is likely due to a network connection issue. Please try again later, or restart the watch and try again.
If you receive an “invalid IMEI” message when entering the IMEI manually, please try scanning the QR code instead, or try the following:

  • Please double-check the number for any typos (no spaces or dashes).

  • Verify the IMEI by checking the sticker on the back of the device, the original box, or the device settings.
