If only a SIM card is inserted and Wi‑Fi is not enabled, check as follows:

  • Check whether the SIM card is installed correctly; if it is loose or inserted incorrectly, reinstall it.

  • Move the watch to an area with better signal (for example, near a window or outdoors) and try again.

  • Restart the watch: Restarting the device usually resolves temporary network issues.

If a SIM card is inserted and the watch’s Wi‑Fi is turned on and connected, check as follows:

  • Try turning off the Wi‑Fi switch first and then retry to rule out issues caused by a poor Wi‑Fi connection.
