If you're seeing a 'memory full' message, you'll need to free up some space.
Delete photos or videos from the Gallery to free up space. Please note that this action cannot be undone. Before deleting, it is recommended to back up any media you wish to keep. You can do this by downloading the TCL Connect app, sending the items via the Chat feature, and then saving them to your phone.
Delete expired or unnecessary messages in Chat or in More > Message.
