Open the TCL Connect app or visit the TCL website . Go to Hotline to find the hotline information for your region. You can call the hotline for support.
Option 2： Feedback submission:
Open the TCL Connect app, go to Contact Us > Feedback to submit your feedback.
Option 3： Service Center:
Visit the TCL website. Go to “Service Centre”to find the address of a repair centre in your area.
