If you are unable to pair with your watch:

For Nano SIM watches:

  • Check whether your watch is unbound from the previous account. If not, request the watch administrator to share QR code from the TCL Connect app for pairing.

  • Check whether the SIM card is correctly inserted, and if network is connected. If not, re-insert the SIM card, and press and hold Power key for 15s to restart the watch.

For eSIM watches:

  • Please ensure you scan the correct QR code. There are two codes for the eSIM watch: one is the Bluetooth pairing QR code, and the other is the carrier-provided eSIM activation QR code.

  • Please select the correct device model in the TCL Connect App. Choose MT48-eSIM. Selecting the Nano SIM version by mistake will cause pairing failure.

  • Please check whether your eSIM activation code is valid and confirm the eSIM service has been registered and activated by your carrier. Without a valid eSIM plan, the watch cannot connect to the network to complete cloud binding verification.
