For Nano SIM watches:
To pair your watch with your phone, you can either scan the QR code or enter the IMEI number.
QR Code: Refer to methods described in Q3 to locate the QR code.
IMEI Number: You can find the IMEI number printed on the device packaging. Alternatively, swipe left on the Home screen of the watch to access the functions menu. Then, scroll down and navigate to More > Settings > About watch to get the IMEI number.
Note:
IMEI number is a unique device identifier used for secure, first-time pairing. Only the initial user can use IMEI number to bind the watch with their account, and he or she is automatically granted the administrator permissions for the watch.
Non-administrator accounts like family members must scan the QR code shared by the administrator, which helps prevent unauthorized binding.
For eSIM watches:
After powering on the watch, follow the prompts to select your preferred language, then proceed to the activation and pairing process:
Open the TCL Connect app, select the device model MT50 eSIM, and scan the Bluetooth QR code displayed on the watch screen to complete pairing.
Please apply for and obtain an eSIM activation QR code from your carrier in advance. Follow the in-app instructions to scan this QR code to complete eSIM activation and device binding.
If you still have trouble in pairing your watch, select the watch model in TCL Connect app, and then tap the“?”icon in the top right corner for a guided pairing process.
