For Nano SIM watches:
Check whether your watch is unbound from the previous account. If not, request the watch administrator to share QR code from the TCL Connect app for pairing.
Check whether the SIM card is correctly inserted, and if network is connected. If not, re-insert the SIM card, and press and hold Power key for 15s to restart the watch.
For eSIM watches:
Please ensure you scan the correct QR code. There are two codes for the eSIM watch: one is the Bluetooth pairing QR code, and the other is the carrier-provided eSIM activation QR code.
Please select the correct device model in the TCL Connect App. Choose MT50-eSIM. Selecting the Nano SIM version by mistake will cause pairing failure.
Please check whether your eSIM activation code is valid and confirm the eSIM service has been registered and activated by your carrier. Without a valid eSIM plan, the watch cannot connect to the network to complete cloud binding verification.
