What should I do if the device falls into water?

Please immediately follow these steps:
 Remove immediately: Remove the device from the water as quickly as possible.
 Gently dry: Use a soft, absorbent, lint-free cloth (such as a microfiber cloth) to thoroughly dry the outer shell.
 Do not heat: Never use external heat sources such as hair dryers, microwaves, ovens, or radiators to dry the device. High temperatures can severely damage internal components and seals.
 Dry the ports: If the device has ports (such as a charging port), ensure they are completely dry before charging.
