About the Role:

Join our Sales Channel Marketing Team as Channel Marketing Executive. This role is a hybrid working role with attendance required at our Slough office on a weekly basis.

The Channel Marketing Executive will work closely with the key account manager (KAM), reporting to the Head of TV and AV, you will be involved in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across key retail partners. You will be responsible for weekly reporting of KPIs across key retail partners utilizing tools and software’s provided to help improve the visibility of TCL online.

You will be comfortable working within a team, but able to work independently, the candidate should be confident in managing budgets efficiently as well as dealing with data and technology. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where the skill of adaptability is key.

Key Accountabilities:

• Elaborate and execute the online operation plan for UK & Ireland aligned with the KAM, Head of TV/AV, and the Country Manager.
• Manage relationships with external retailer marketing teams, working collaboratively, efficiently and with attention to detail to achieve results.
• Supporting sales out initiatives and optimisation at online retail together with UK & Ireland sales team with a focus on TV and Soundbar.
• Make detailed monthly plans and review progress for each marketing topic with KAMs/Head of TV/AV.
• Manage TCL brand in all customers online visibility.
• Collaborate internally and externally to improve TCL online visibility.

Job Duties

• Execute the customer specific online retailer marketing plans, working in collaboration with colleagues on the messaging and artworks for various activities. Check that all activities are on brand and in line with guidelines.
• Utilizing third party CPC based platforms to enhance the visibility of TCL products on retailer websites with attention to ROAS.
• Ensure that all agreed activities are delivered, captured, and maximized with each activity.
• Work to increase visibility of TCL products across retailer websites. Also considering the consumer journey to the TCL product detail page (PDP) and how this could be improved.
• Deploy the full content package across all retailer sites to ensure consistency across retailers.
• Work with retailers to create engaging PDPs and shop-in-shop style environments.
• Implement SEO improvements in collaboration with retailers on their web and marketplace platforms.
• Working in partnership with the Head of TV and AV, KAMs and Channel marketing team to analyse retailers’ online proposition and implement improvements.
• Pro-actively suggest improvements for the ecommerce business using market intelligence, data and tools available.
• Produce weekly/monthly/quarterly review presentation to demonstrate progress within allocated work/retail accounts.

Experience Required:

• Ideally, previous experience in trade marketing environment/consumer electronics within a sales-focused business or agency.
• Experience in CPC Ad platforms and data analysis would be crucial.
• Candidate’s knowledge of E-commerce and marketing techniques will be needed.
• Experience in creative software such as Photoshop would be an advantage.
• Experience with planning with budgets and execution of activities accurately.
• Marketing qualifications an advantage.

Specialized Knowledge and Skills:

• Knowledge of the consumer electronics industry is an advantage but not essential. Training and support specific to industry will be provided.
• Be fully adept with Microsoft Office programs and website functionality and maintenance ability.

Social Media Executive

About the Role:

As a Social Media Executive, you will manage TCL’s social media strategy for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, reporting directly to the Marketing Manager. Working closely with the design team, EUBG team, and local agencies, you will develop and execute engaging content to drive brand awareness and audience growth. This hybrid role requires attendance at our Slough office on a weekly basis.

Key Accountabilities:

• Social Media Strategy: Oversee and execute the social media strategy across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to align with TCL’s brand objectives.
• Content Localization: Adapt EUBG social content with support from the design team to suit local audiences.
• Content Creation & Management: Plan, create, and publish engaging content on a monthly social content calendar. Develop assets including self-shot, edited, and AI-enhanced content, maintaining brand consistency across channels.
• TikTok Expertise: Build TCL’s presence on TikTok, including managing TikTok Shop, livestreams, and shoppable content.
• Community Engagement and Strategy: Monitor and manage conversations across social media channels by responding to comments, DMs, inquiries, and mentions. Foster and grow relationships with our followers by moderating and initiating discussions, and proactively sharing community insights with the Brand team to identify opportunities for increasing brand awareness.
• Influencer Marketing: Manage influencer partnerships for YouTube reviews, brand collaborations, and user-generated content.
• Performance Reporting: Track and analyze social media metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and refine strategies as needed.
• Agency Management: Supervise the local social media agency, ensuring smooth execution of the social strategy and brand alignment.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Maintain regular communication and alignment with the EUBG team.
• Event Attendance: Represent TCL at industry events, exhibitions, and campaigns as needed to support brand visibility and engagement.

Experience and Skills Required

• Social Media Expertise: Proven experience with social media management, especially TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram. Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop setup, livestreams, and shoppable content is a plus.
• Creative Content Skills: Proficiency in content creation, including self-shooting, editing, and basic AI-assisted post-production.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with consumer electronics or tech is advantageous but not required; training and support will be provided.
• Analytical Skills: Experience with social media analytics to track, evaluate, and report on campaign performance.
• Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and content schedules.
• Brand Awareness: Ability to maintain brand consistency and adapt content to fit TCL’s identity and guidelines.
• Communication Skills: Effective collaboration with influencers, agencies, and internal teams.
• Interest in Gaming, Sports, and Tech: A genuine interest or insights into gaming, sports, and technology trends will be beneficial for creating relevant and engaging content.

Supply Chain sales admin

Join our Supple Chain Team as Supply Chain Sales Admin.This role is a hybrid working role with attendance required at our Slough office on a weekly basis.You will be comfortable working within a team, but able to work independently, the candidate should be confident in dealing with data and technology. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where the skill of adaptability is key.

Key Accountabilities

Reporting to the TCL UK Supply Chain Manager, the Supply Chain SA Coordinator will be responsible for:

1. Sales Administration

• EDI customer PO or follow customer’s PO manually, 
• Check PO price with net2 price list; SO acceptance/SO creation in SAP
• Update PO into order file, and follow stock allocation in order file
• Contact with finance department on CL/AR/cut off price release in SAP
• Prepare truck: Consolidate goods into full truck for delivery, arrange repacking to be in line with order quantities & EU certified pallets requirements; optimizing truck loadings (order split per truck; maximum truck fulfillment).
• RDV: Book delivery slot with customer
• Truck TBC: Looking for truck and communicating with logistics company, confirm price
• Issue shipping instruction for warehouse/Factory 
• Follow production, loading and palletization and logistics request, follow CMR to ensure loading QTY
• Follow truck arrival, delivery status until it’s delivered
• Follow POD and provide the customers with the copies after truck arrival if necessary
• Issuing invoices, debit & credit notes & sales return & distributing them to customers & KAMs
• Daily fulfilling orders file, inserting orders and update order status
• Daily contacts with KAM, customers, forwarders, warehouse and other related department.
• Giving the customers requested information & answers to questions
• Weekly and monthly report for sales and supply chain about order summary

2. Sales Administration 

• Checking with the Planning Manager product availability date and goods allocation 
• Providing KAMs with availability/delivery info
• Collecting availability/delivery info: date and location of products;
• Coordinate inbound shipments of tv from China

3. Manages invoice flow

• Checking & accepting transport invoices; & inserting detailed data into logistics file
• Registering purchase & transport prices for each shipment

4. Reporting

• preparing sales reports for CM on weekly & monthly basis

MDA Sales & Marketing Executive

The MDA Sales & Marketing Executive is a exiting newly created role reporting to the MDA Key Account Manager (KAM). Along with Commercial related tasks you will be involved in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across key retail partners. You will be responsible for weekly reporting of KPIs across key retail partners utilising tools and software’s provided to help improve the visibility of TCL online.

You will be comfortable working within a team, but able to work independently, the candidate should be confident in managing budgets efficiently as well as dealing with data and technology. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where the skill of adaptability is key.
