Self Service Repair Program

Self Service Repair Program is intended for individuals who have the knowledge to fix electronic devices. This program offers access to genuine parts, tools, and repair manuals for you to perform out-of-warranty repairs (warranty period has expired or damage outside the warranty conditions). Follow the instructions step by step before you start a repair.

1.    Repair manuals

Product user manual and repair guides are available to you on our official website support page -> choose your product on the page -> browse for the manuals in the download section.

Read the entire manual before any repairs or ordering.

If you’re not comfortable to perform the repairs as instructed in the manual, please do not proceed. If you are looking for official professional repair from TCL, you can visit HOTLINE & SERVICE CENTERS to search for the contact in your country/region.

2.    Ordering parts and tools

Genuine parts and specialized tools are available from the online store. After ordering, you may check the status of your purchase from the online store.

3.    Repair your device

After receiving the ordered parts, follow the technical instructions in the repair manual for your device model to perform the repair.

If you’re not comfortable to perform the repairs as instructed in the manual, please do not proceed. If you are looking for official professional repair from TCL, you can visit HOTLINE & SERVICE CENTERS to search for the contact in your country/region.

4.    Replaced parts handling

The replaced parts usually should not be disposed of in a municipal waste. Please check local environmental regulations for disposal of electronic products.

This symbol on your device, the battery, and the accessories means that these products must be taken to collection points at the end of their life:

- Municipal waste disposal centers with specific bins for these types of equipment;

- Collection bins at points of sale.

They will then be recycled, preventing substances being disposed of in the environment, so that their components can be reused.

In European Union countries:

These collection points are accessible free of charge.

All products with this sign must be brought to these collection points.

CAUTION: RISK OF EXPLOSION IF BATTERY IS REPLACED BY AN INCORRECT TYPE. DISPOSE OF USED BATTERIES ACCORDING TO THE INSTRUCTIONS.
