Supermarket voucher redemption rule

Redemption Methods:

1. Customer who purchases the designated product via TCL Electronics HK Ltd (hereafter refer to as “TCL HK”) authorized reseller within the promotion period becomes an eligible customer to redeem the gift.

2. Eligible customer (hereafter refer to as “Customer”) must self-register within 30 days after purchase.

3.  Redemption of TV Products (For Hong Kong region only):

3.1 Customer must present (1) the product original purchase invoice (Original invoice from physical store/printed copy of e-invoice from online store) and (2) two original white barcodes from the product carton to one of the designated Redemption Centres within office hour for redemption. Any incomplete, revised or insufficient supporting documents will not be accepted.

3.2 If customer redeems three or more products at the same time, customer needs to email to tclhkmkt@tcl.com or call (852) 2437 7611 to make an appointment. Customer has to provide the product quantity, each product model, and each product serial number (soft copy). Otherwise, the redemption will not be accepted.

4. Redemption of Air Conditioner Products (For Hong Kong and Macau regions) and TV Products (For Macau region only) :

4.1 Customer must complete online registration by the below procedures and upload the supporting documents to register the redemption:

a) Sign up and log in to TCL account.

b) Customer’s Name (Name must be identical to that on your HKID card).

c) Customer’s Email (For notification and confirmation purpose. Please enter your email except the address end in " yahoo.com.hk ").

d) Contact number (Only required for designated gift)

e) Product Model

f) Date / Region of Purchase

g) Product Serial Number 1 (TV - 19 characters / Air conditioner(indoor) - 20 characters barcode, the TCL barcode is printed on the carton packaging).

h) Product Serial Number 2 (Only available for Air conditioner(outdoor) - 20 characters barcode, the TCL barcode is printed on the carton packaging).

i) Purchase invoice (Customer must upload the invoice that represent the purchase date clearly).

j) Product Serial Number 1&2 (Customer must upload the barcode photo).

4.2 Customer who has completed the registration, will be immediately assigned a unique register reference number automatically. Reference number can be used for redeeming the gift and verification.

4.3 Designated gift will be sent via email within 30 working days after registration (If you have not received any reply within 30 working days, please check whether you have received email in your spam mail box.)

5. The promotion period is from  1st December 2023 to 31st December 2023 (Based on the date of purchase). Customer must register within 30 days after purchase. If the customer does not complete the registration within the designated period, it is deemed as to renounce the claim of the gift.

6. Customer who purchases designated series during the promotion period can redeem designated gift. The redemption of gifts is subject to the promotion materials in stores*.

7. Each valid product purchase invoice is only for one registration and one redemption, duplicate registration will be disqualified for redemption.

8. Gifts availability are till stock last and on a first-come-first-served basis.

9. If   TCL HK cannot contact customer to verify the identity within the redemption period, it is deemed as to renounce the claim of the gifts.

10. The redeemed gift cannot be exchanged for cash.

11. TCL HK is not responsible for any product warranty services, damages, losses, or liabilities caused or involved if the gift is non-TCL HK product.

12. TCL HK reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the relevant promotion without any notification made separately to customer in advance.

13. The personal data provided by the customers shall be kept confidential, including the information provided by the customer to the gift redemption centre designated by TCL Hong Kong.
