What should I do if I can’t log in to the Home page?
1) Make sure 192.168.1.1 is entered correctly in the web browser.
2) Make sure the power indicator of the device is on (solid blue). If not, power on the device.
3) Check whether the connection between your device and your router is functioning properly.
-If the client and router are connected through Wi-Fi, check whether the WIFI indicator is on (solid blue) or go to the Wi-Fi connection page to check the connection status.
-If your device and router are connected through a network cable, check whether the WIFI indicator is on (solid blue) and whether the network cable is plugged in.
