What should I do if I can’t log in to the Home page?

1)      Make sure 192.168.6.1 is entered correctly in the web browser.

2)      Make sure the device indicator of the device is on. If not, power on the device by connecting to the power adapter.

3)      Check whether the connection between your device and your router is functioning properly.

4)      It is recommended to log in to the Home page using Internet Explorer, Opera Browser, Google Chrome, Firefox, Apple Safari, etc.
