If the color of the video is abnormal when playing the videos from the source of AV/TV/HDMI/USB, please follow the below methods to do the troubleshooting:
- Confirm if the TV works in the right source mode
or not. For example, the TV should work in the Media Player mode if you play
the videos from the USB drive.
- If you use the AV port for the videos, please
ensure whether the cable connection is correct. Usually, the AV device will
have three ports, two for the sound, and one for the audio. For some TCL TVs,
the AV ports combine with one AV port, so check the AV ports connection on the AV
video device.
- Power cycle the TV. You could unplug the power
cord from the socket and plug it back in.
- Try to restore the TV back to the factory
settings: press the Home button. Then select Settings-->Device Preferences-->Factory Reset.
