Check whether your phone’s memory is full. If yes, delete some files and restart it to check again.
If above method doesn’t help, try to make factory data reset on your phone by going to “Menu” “Settings” “Restore settings” Enter password, press “OK”. Default password is “1234” you will be asked “Restore settings and restart the phone”, press “Yes”. Please note that after factory data reset all personal data added by the user will be lost (except SIM card and memory card).
