If you have to reset your earbuds due to connection or pairing issues, please follow the steps below.
a) Place the earbuds in the charging case with the lid open.
b) Press and hold either earbud for 8 seconds. The earbud LED indicators flash in blue when the earbuds enter reset process, the blue light will stay on for 5 seconds and then go out, indicating that the reset is complete.
Note: All pairing information is deleted when the earbuds are reset to factory settings. After reset process, the earbuds will enter pairing mode automatically.
