What should I do if others can't hear me speaking over a call?

a) Check your smartphone to make sure the voice is going through the earbuds.
b) Speak close to your earbud.
c) Try to reset the earbuds.
d) Please confirm that the microphone is silent and long press the left/right earphone contact for 2 seconds to unmute it
