You can add the contact which you want to block follow steps below:
The first step is turn on the “Blacklist”. Go to main Menu->Settings-> “Call filter”->“Settings”->select “On” to enable “Blacklist”-> “OK”.
Go back to “Call filter”, click “Blacklist” ->“Blacklist numbers”->“Edit”, input phone number that you want to block ->“Options”->“Done”.
