1. Unplug the appliance from the power supply (disconnect the power plug from the electrical socket).

2. Close the water tap.

3. Make sure that there is no water in the drum.

4. Prepare the bowl and the dry rag (cloth, kitchen towel) nearby to wipe off any leaking water

5. Open the pump case cover.

6. Put the free end of the emergency drain hose (small hose at the drain pump) in the bowl.

7. Open (unscrew) the cap from emergency drain hose and allow all water to flow to the bowl.

8. Unscrew the debris filter cover counter-clockwise and dry up any leaking water by dry rag.

9. Remove the debris filter and clean it.

10. Clean also the inner of the pump (space behind the debris filter).

11. Close (screw) the the cap from emergency drain hose and put this hose in the initial position.

12. Put the debris filter in the pump case and screw it tightly (clockwise).

13. Close the pump case cover.

Please make sure that all mentined parts were reinsterted and screwed corretly, to avoid any water leakage after start of next washing.
