The display shows the "E1" error. What does it mean? How to solve the problem?

The "E1" error means that the water has not reached the set water level.

Check if the tap is opened.

Check if the inlet hose is not bent.

Check if the water pressure is not too low.

Check if the inlet valve filter is clear. Clean it if necessary.

Check if the drain hose is properly installed. The drain hose should be placed at a height of 65-100cm above the floor. Please find the details in the "Connect the drain hose" section in the user manual.
