I cannot change the temperature setting for the "ECO 40-60" program. How to do it?

It is not possible to change the temperature for the "Eco 40-60" program. According to EU regulations, the "Eco 40-60" program is dedicated to washing normally soiled cotton laundry declared to be washable at either 40°C or 60°C, together in the same washing cycle.
